Mashova Lda is hiring an Internal Sales Administrator / Receptionist for Maputo.
Duties
- Assist Sales Team in drawing up Quotations
- Maintain Customer Database
- Initiate Operator’s Induction Requirements
- Follow up PO’s / Plant & Equipment Requisitions
- Initiate Costings
- Update Projects’ Information Record
- Refresh PATS and Marketing Information, including Plant Control Board
- Conduct research and marketing to increase market share
- Ensure each new site has a hire contract and log book
- Tend to sustain and Uplift Customers Relationship
- Ensure Reception area is neat at all times
- Request branch Stationary from Procurement
- Order and issue hire contracts and logbooks
- Report faulty telephone lines and office equipment
- Ensure filing is up to date
- Tend to all requests in a timeous fashion
Requisites
- 10 years experience in Internal Sales & Administration
- Experience in Plant Rental / Mining Industry advantageous
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Fluency in Portuguese & English is a Prerequisite
- Computer Literate including MS Office
- Well groomed, well spoken, dynamic and outgoing personality, able to give meticulous attention to detail
