Lamudi is recruiting a Country Manager to be based in Maputo.
Duties
- Manage and develop Lamudi Mozambique, Africa's largest real estate classifieds website
- Selling the service to real estate agencies, building relationships with these agencies, and marketing the site throughout Mozambique
- Run the business, with support and guidance from the central team
- Report to the Founder & CEO of Lamudi East Africa
Requisites
- Outstanding salesperson, with a real passion for communication and negotiation
- Entrepreneurial flair and a strong desire to run his/her own business
- Comfortable in an unstructured and ambiguous startup environment, must be prepared to work hard under pressure
- A strong network in their city is crucial, as is the desire to be based there in the medium term
- English and Portuguese fluency required
- Experience of developing and executing B2B and B2C sales/marketing campaigns is a big plus
