Capital Outsourcing is recruiting a Store Branch Manager, to be based in Maputo.
Duties
- To ensure that sales and profit is generated
- To ensure that the branch complies to labour- and other legislation
- To meet customer expectations
- To manage staff to ensure productivity
- To manage stock according to company policy
- To ensure ongoing training and development of all staff members
Requisites
- Secondary education or equivalent
- At least 5 years of Retail experience desirable
- Target Driven
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and comfort with working with databases
- Excellent communication skills
- Be able to work under pressure
- Be able to multi-task
- Great attention to detail
- Curriculum Vitae in english, word format with references
