compra.co.mz is recruiting a Online Sales & Financial Accounts Manager, to be based in Maputo.
Duties
- Manage a team of full- and part-time Order and Sales Agents
- Setup and manage small teams of www.Compra.co.mz customer support and order fulfilment teams in 3-4 cities in Central and Northern Provinces
- Manage Sales Staff Performance and Salaries versus targets
- Manage payments to suppliers and partners
- Verification of detailed Bank and CreditCard payments
- Report on success and staff quality – Recommend Training and optional upgrades or promotions for proficient staff members
- Report on Sales and targets in Professional presentations to superiors and team on daily & weekly basis
Requisites
- Batchelor’s Degree
- Extreme Proficiency in IT – Preferably an IT related course or certification
- A grasp of online engagement and social media
- Preferably 2-4 years experience in Sales Management
- An understanding of accounts
- Great people-handling skills
- Extreme attention to detail
- Passion for successful delivery and order hand-overs for clients
