Sales Person

Capital Outsourcingis recruiting a Sales Person, to be based in Maputo.

Duties

• Welcome customers by greeting them and offering them assistance
• Discuss customer’s needs and the features of different vehicles
• Advise customers by providing information of vehicles that best suits them and arrange test drives if required
• Highlight extra products such as accessories or after-sales service
• Develop and maintain a customer database
• Keep existing and potential customers informed about new vehicles and deals
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices
• Compute sales prices, total purchases and process cash or credit payment
• Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development
• Watch for and recognize security risks and thefts, and know how to prevent or handle these situations
• Requisites
• Marketing Diploma
• Media sales experience
• Ability to communicate in English
• Ability to explain technical information to people who aren't experts
• Minimum of 3 years experience in the field
• Good computer skills
• Knowledge of principles and practices of sales
• Good negotiating skills and a persuasive manner
• Must have a polite and professional approach
