RICOH is recruiting a Admin / Accounting Clerk, to be based in Maputo.

Duties
  • Track Debtor & Creditor accounts including account followup through phone calls and emails which includes weekly reporting
  • Coding, organizing and sending weekly invoices and petty cash
  • Ensuring forms are available and updated as needed
  • Assist with documentation and data entry
  • Provide operations staff up-to-the-minute information regarding specific aging accounts or new paperwork
  • Assist in other areas as needed
  • Regular, consistent attendance is essential to the successful performance of this position
Requisites
  • Pro-active with a sense of urgency and Self-motivated
  • Tenacious and driven
  • Attentive to detail/ accuracy
  • Ability to cope in a pressurized environment
  • Problem solving, Lateral thinker
  • Administrative Skills are essential
  • Knowledge of accounting (Debtors and Creditors) essential
  • Own dependable transport will be advantageous
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Fluent in both English & Portuguese
  • 12th grade
