HSE Trainer

Capital Outsourcing is recruiting a HSE Trainer, to be based in Matola.

Duties

• Input and updating of Safety, Health and Environmental Plan for projects under your responsibility
• Ensuring that the applicable project risk assessments are updated and maintained for each site under your control, as well as the development of site specific risk assessments as required per project
• To ensure the regular update of the HSE file at all times
• Prepare, participate, and implement the organizations training plan and inductions
• Conduct training needs analysis when applicable in order to identify training need or gaps in employees or trainees, training interventions, training material, or the training curriculum
• Ensuring that all incidents that come to your attention are reported to the applicable persons, recorded, investigated and closed out in line with the company\'s procedures
• Ensuring that emergency procedures are updated with site specific information and that personnel are made aware of procedure requirements

Requisites

• Degree in Engineering or HSE
• Computer literate in MS Office
• Fluent in both Portuguese and English
• 4 years experience in delivering Health, Safety and Environment training, and inductions both preferably in the oil and gas industry or Petrochemical industry
• Must have the ability to lead and motivate the site teams
