Petroplan is recruiting a Office Manager, to be based in Maputo, Mozambique.
Duties
- Manage day-to-day administrative requirements of the office and be a bridge between the Mozambique office and our other offices as needed
- Formatting CVs
- Producing contractor’s contracts, amendments and terminations
- Managing the new starter onboarding process for contractors commencing assignments with Petroplan’s Mozambique clients. This includes handling all mobilisation procedures such as organising travel, visas, work permits, off shore training, medicals and accommodation. It will involve close liaison with clients and contractors as well as our recruitment consultants
- Handling contractor queries
- Reception duties
Requisites
- Demonstrate a professional level of English and Portuguese (written and verbal)
- Ideally have experience of the recruitment industry, in particular within Oil & Gas or engineering
- Ideally be able to demonstrate knowledge of Mozambique labour law and have experience of mobilising expatriate contractors
- Have experience of office management and HR
- Have outstanding attention to detail, presentation and overall high work standards
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Be a fast learner with a “can do” and proactive approach
- Have excellent organisational and administrative skills, including the ability to prioritise effectively
- Be proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook (PowerPoint would be an advantage)
