Quality Control (QC) Inspector

Heading is recruiting a Quality Control (QC) Inspector, to be based in Inhambane, Mozambique.

Duties

• Assist and support Line Management and Supervision in all aspects of Quality, acceptance of the work, turnover undertaken by Construction Operations, and ensure that the content and objectives of the Company\'s Quality Policy and manuals are implemented and understood
• Ensure that the job is done as per Company requirements and standards and certify the quality of work done
• HSSE conscious, implement, and maintain an appropriate, structured system for the filing and retrieval of records
• Coordinate with the Main Office and Contractor on all issues
• Adherence to Code of Business Ethics and Conduct and ensure Company\'s procedures are implemented onsite

Requisites

• Relevant degree or diploma holder
• At least 7 years of experience in similar position
• Experience in Construction, Oil & Gas, or Power would be an advantage
• Experience coordinating Contractors\' inspections and accepting QC inspection records in accordance with national / international & Company specifications´
• Inspection of instruments, and calibration records
• Good communications skills both in Portuguese and English
