Market Developer

PRI is recruiting a Market Developer - independent consultant for Agricultural Products, to be based in Maputo, Mozambique.

Duties

• Working as a consultant on a contractual basis for Agricultural Products; being based in Maputo (home office)
• Exploration of new market opportunities for agrochemicals (herbicides, insecticides, fungicides and biologicals) in Mozambique, with focus on smallholders sector as well as commercial - liaise with potential new customers to understand need and potential for a range of agricultural products
• Work-out market attack strategy and execute: develop new markets by promoting

Requisites

• Sales experience in the agricultural sector for at least 4 years – crop protection product sales experience preferred
• Portuguese as native language
• Fluent in English both writing and readinG
• Computer literate
