Capital Outsourcing is recruiting a Human Resources Officer, to be based in Several Places, Mozambique.
Duties
- Responsible for the maintenance and communication of HR policies and procedures ensuring they meet the company needs and Mozambican labour laws
- Provide advice and monitoring employees on a daily basis
- Supporting at the appropriate level for discipline, grievance and appeals within the business
- Ensure that all labour is legal compliant, accurate records are maintained and any necessary audits are carried out in a timely manner
- Provide coaching and support regarding policies, procedures, attendance management, performance, job design, performance management, and department structures etc
- Responsible for keeping up to date with employment law changes, providing update to management
- Ensure there is a robust fair and consistent recruitment process and procedure in place for both internal and external candidates
- Responsible for working with departmental managers to evaluate training requirements and any necessary refresher training
- Ensure all data held and processed for employees is compliant with data protection requirements
- Ensure that attendance and payroll data is accurately recorded and timely submitted
- Ensure proper process is in place for employees’ engagement and interaction
- Organize meetings, conferences and other special events
- Coordination of site visits and training interventions
- Provide administrative assistance, and provide proper archive for all HR papers
Requisites
- Degree in Human Resources
- 3 years of experience
- High knowledge in Mozambique Labour Laws
- Speaks, reads and writes English fluently
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and Payroll Softwares
- Detail oriented and strong analytical skills required
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomous and as part of a team
- Availability to travel within the country
