PRI is recruiting a Sales Consultant, to be based in Beira, Mozambique.
Duties
- Understand the product benefits and advantages in order to prepare sales strategies
- Identify prospective customers and new target segment and penetrate strategies
- Maintaining and developing relationships with customers through personal approach, telephone calls and emails
- Negotiate on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers
- Give advice on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions
- Review sales performance in order to meet or exceed targets
- Collaborate with the marketing department to prepare common strategies
- Motivate sales team to achieve great results
- Tracking freight and keeping customers up to date with progress
Requisites
- A degree in Management, Business Administration or Economics
- The ability and desire to sell
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with people
- Strong commercial awareness
- A confident and determined approach
- Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of managing software packages
