IT Superintendent

PRI is recruiting a IT Superintendent, to be based in Cabo Delgado, Mozambique.

Duties

• Develop plans and coordinate all activity in line with Company requirements
• Manage and mentor the IT Desktop Support Officer and coordinate their day to day activities
• Identify IT system inefficiencies and implement strategies
• Liaise with key project personnel to identify and resolve problems
• Determine sources of Wi-Fi, Internet, or server problems, and alert the IT Manager
• Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements
• Manage and maintain the IT Inventory and Asset Register
• Analyse and report computer network security breaches or attempted breaches and work with the IT Manager to ensure the integrity of systems
• Ensure own behaviour is aligned with the Company Values at all times

Requisites

• Degree in Information Technology
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar role
• Demonstrated IT Project implementation experience
• Windows Server 2012 R2 Administration
• Windows 10 building and configuration
• Active Directory Maintenance
• CAT6 cabling and TCP/IP network troubleshooting and administration
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Portuguese
