PRI is recruiting a Office Manager, to be based in Maputo, Mozambique.
Duties
- Assist Director of Business Services and Operations with all aspects of general office coordination and the Valid Card program
- Maintain office calendar to coordinate work flow and meetings
- Manage Office expenses and general administration matter
- Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of staff and agency information
- Interact with visitors and answer phone calls
- Perform routine clerical duties to include, but not limited to, copying, faxing, mailing and filing, inventory and office purchasing
- File and retrieve organizational documents, records and reports
- May conduct research, compile reports and prepare papers for consideration and presentation to the Board and staff
- Attend Board, committee meetings or other as requested in order to record minutes
- Make travel arrangements for staff, board and volunteers
- Support communication with local businesses and the BID
Requisites
- Fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing)
- Computer skills and highly proficiency in MS Outlook, Word and Excel
- Knowledge of principles and practices of organization, planning, records management and general administration
- Diploma certificate
- At least 3 years of experience in Office Management
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
