PRI is recruiting a Service Supervisor, to be based in Beira, Mozambique.
Duties
- Coordinate individual and team service targets with Branch Manager to satisfy company objectives
- Supervise a team and guarantee that targets are achieved; This includes conducting regular reviews with each technician against targets
- Ensure that individuals and the team are competent and fully trained to the professional level; Not allow new recruits to work unsupervised until training has been completed
- Conduct regular In-Field Coaching sessions, and when required, do remedial service field training, with all service colleagues
- Maintain accurate records of all coaching and training
- Liaise with Branch Manager and other supervisors to ensure that use of training resources are coordinated and used optimally
- Ensure all relevant company policies and procedures are understood and adhered to by the service team
- Ensure that all customers are serviced on time by managing the service team to achieve & exceed their productivity targets
- Actively participate in the business unit customer retention strategy, by personally conducting regular customer account reviews
Requisites
- 3 years Technician experience in a Fumigation and Termite Control company
- Good record of service industry experience and customer Management
- Knowledge of Safety Management and Health & Safety regulations
- Excellent Planning and organizational skills and a good team player
- Good communication skills and self-motivated
- Computer literate
- Proficiency in English and Portuguese
