PRI is recruiting a Training Project Manager, to be based in Cabo Delgado, Mozambique.
Duties
- Build and chair the committee of representatives for liaison for the Training Center
- Identify and assess the immediate training needs for the Training Center in conjunction with the business
- Draw an overall annual training and development plan that addresses the needs and expectations of the business
- Liaise with business managers in assessing their ongoing needs and relevance of training being offered
- Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness and success and report on them to the business
- Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices for the region
- Develop a program and attract local business partners/contractors to support and utilize the Training Center
Requisites
- Degree in Education, Human Resources or relevant experience teaching
- Proven work experience as a training manager
- Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)
- Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead a team
- Fluent in English and Portuguese
