Embaixada da República da Coreia is recruiting a Administrative Assistant, to be based in Maputo, Mozambique.
Duties
- Draw up action plans and negotiate in administrative, financial and logistics activities
- Implement, facilitate and streamline bureaucratic and technical administrative processes
- Translation of documents into English/Portuguese vice versa
Requisites
- Bachelors degree in areas such as Management, Economics or related
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Mozambican nationality
- Minimum experience of 3 years in the area
- Excellent interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills
- Report writing skills
- Organization, including time management and the ability to work under pressure and deadlines
Benefits
- Starting salary is 700 USD, and it may change according to performance
