Description
- The U.S. Mission in Maputo/Mozambique is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for the position of Human Resources Training Assistant Intern
Duties
- The Human Resources Training Assistant intern will be exposed to all functions performed within STATE HR for Locally Employed Staff Programs
- The project emphasis will be supporting the Training and Development Program and Leadership and Development Academy. Additionally, he/she will be directing customer requests for HR services
Requisites
- Attention to detail, customer service excellence oriented and respect for confidentially are essential
- Computer Skills in Microsoft Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, and analytics software is also required
- The position is directly supervised by the Employee Training and Development Specialist - ETDS
