Motorcare is recruiting a Human Resources Assistant (m/f), to be based in Maputo, Mozambique.
Description
- Main purpose of the job: To assist the Human Resources Manager in providing an effective delivery of human resources services, as well as perform a support function for administrative issues and personnel information relating to all staff in Motorcare Mozambique, Lda. Duties
- Administration and all arrangements involved regarding appointments, transfers, resignations and retirements
- To be responsible for the full recruitment administration function
- Liaise with line management regarding vacancies and profiling
- Draw up advertisements for internal circulars
- Provide support to HR Manager on strategic initiatives
- Act as an interface between Human Resources and Business Units
- Implement Ad hoc projects
- Liaise with related public institutions
- Manage expatriate’s contracts and work permits
- Manage disciplinary procedures and working relations in line with HR Manager
- Report on absenteeism and leave balance
- Other instructions in line with your Job Description
- Administer staff Disciplinary process
- Prepare Monthly HR reports activities
- Key performance measures
- Good work Quality and report on time
- Internal Customer Portfolio of Evidence which will include client feedback)
- Communication and Marketing (Formal communication and customer response)

- Internal: Customers (Motorcare staff including branches)
- External: Suppliers: Recruitment Agents, Consultancies; Health plan providers and HR related

- Problem solving: Draw corrective action plan to remove barriers arising during the work
- Planning: Actively interpret integrated plans and create own road maps or project plans
- Decision making: Interpret decisions based on available information
- Understands the risks associated with decisions that affect business requirements
Requisites
- Knowledge: Achievement in Human Resources / Personnel Management or other applicable qualifications.
- Experience: A minimum of 02 years experience in an HR environment.
- Strong interviewing and recruitment skills (preferably targeted selection)
- Working knowledge of human resources administration, car dealer policies and procedures
- Working knowledge of HR applications would be an advantage

- Familiar with Mozambican law low
- Ability to work flexible hours as required
