Duties

- Head Count Reports

Recruitment and Selection
- Coordinate with various department heads on recruitment needs. Ensure a job description for each role is generated. Coordinate with department heads on advertising, shortlisting, interview invites and background check
- Interview reports
- Due diligence of documentation
- Probation assessments and control
- Ensure Induction process on new hires
- Ensure statutory compliance on new employees
- Follow up on right onboarding procedures on Expatriate employees by ensuring they have the right permits to legally allow them work in country
- Coordinate staff confirmation process
Compensation and Benefits
- Manage employee monthly payroll of locals and expatriates
- Manage Employee medical insurance

- File management

Office Management
- Coordinate Office supplies
- Manage and maintain renewal of office premises, facilities and leases
- Liaise with Accounts department for payment advise
- Manage a company asset list
- Assist in other operational and administrative areas as needed
Requisites
- Minimum 3-4 years in Human Resource Administration in a security company
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resource or Business Administration
- Professional: Membership with institute of Human Resource Maputo
