HIV Prevention Advisor (m/f)

Description

• The U.S. Mission in Maputo/Mozambique is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for the position of HIV Prevention Advisor

Duties

• The incumbent provides implementation guidance and technical support to staff (e.g., medical doctors, technicians, nurses, district- and provincial-level health authorities) and will organize, implement, and coordinate activities to prevent the spread of HIV/AIDS in Mozambique
• The incumbent works in context of close coordination with the HIV national program leadership at the Ministry of Health, including full participation in technical meetings and planning activities
• The incumbent will be a member of the CDC Mozambique Prevention team. Position directly supervised by the Prevention Branch Chief
