HR Trainee (m/f)

Duties

• Participation in projects in the most diverse aspects of the Human Resources
• Consulting, with special emphasis on the Recruitment and Selection processes
• National and international recruitment and selection for all areas
• Development and execution of different strategies for researching the necessary resources
• Elaboration of job advertisements
• Publication of job advertisements on the different job portals
• Profile Search using Recruitment Tools
• CV Screening
• Schedule interviews
• Conduct interviews
• Application and correction of psych technical tests
• Select the right candidates for the positions
• Elaboration of Interview Reports
• Coordination of the list of potential candidates with Team Managers and Operations Managers
• Follow-up of the processes of the selected candidates
• Follow-up with the candidates/new employees of the company in order to follow their integration

Requisites

• University Degree in a relevant field such as Organizational Psychology, Human Resources or any related field
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Capacity to work under stress and sometimes with some good workload
• Excellent attention to detail, flexibility with changing priorities and strong multi-tasking skills
• Fluent in English language written and spoken
