Recruitment Consultant (m/f)

Duties

• National and international Recruitment and Selection for all areas
• Development and execution of different strategies for researching the necessary Resources
• Requisitions analysis and recruitment plan Sourcing
• CV Screening
• Schedule interviews
• Elaboration of job advertisements
• Profile Search using Recruitment Tools
• Conduct interviews
• Application and correction of psych technical tests
• Select right candidates for the positions
• Elaboration of Interview Reports
• Coordination of the list of potential candidates with Team Managers and Operations Managers
• Offer negotiation/onboarding
• Follow-up of the processes of the selected candidates
• Update Vincere. (ATS)

Requisites

• A minimum of 5-7years’ experience in Recruitment and HR is required
• Bachelor/Master’s degree qualified ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, Humanities, Marketing or any related field
