Aldelia is recruiting a Supervisor (m/f), to be based in Pemba, Mozambique.
Duties
- Coordinate and participate in the admission process (collection of documents, sharing of employment contracts, etc.)
- Team management
- Updating files with employee data
- Coordinate activities to be carried out by the team (street cleaning, gardening, among others)
- Ensuring team attendance and carrying out all activities
- Develop work plans
- Manage conflicts
- Prepare reports with the progress of activities
- Provide support to coordinators
- Develop communication and coordination plans with the team and facilitators
Requisites
- University Degree in any relevant field such as Accounting, IT, Engineering or any related field
- Skills and competencies
- Microsoft Office package (Excel domain preferred)
- Solid verbal and written communications skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail, flexibility with changing priorities and strong multitasking skills
- Knowledge of the Emakhuwa language is an advantage
