Architectural Designer

Duties

• Manage all aspects related to design requirements for new constructions, alterations, or repairs
• Gathering the necessary measurements, dimensions, and other routine calculations for design layouts
• Using CAD software and manual drawing techniques to produce architectural plans for management and client approval
• Providing management with estimates on cost, time, machinery, construction, and other specifications
• Ensuring all vital information and documentation is recorded, maintained, and updated whenever a change occur

Auxiliary on Office technical management

• Develop and edit layouts for infrastructure, furniture, decoration, etc
• Prepare sketches and drawings to support technological solutions to resolve issues related to the offices.
• Develop technical proposals with the best solutions for decoration, maintenance, alterations.
• Preparation of office allocation layouts,
• Plan and monitor Assembly of furniture, decoration of common spaces (meeting rooms, offices, corridors, pantries, and bathroom, etc.)

• Manage work delays caused by 3rd party contractors

Requisites

• Bachelor's degree in architecture
• A portfolio of completed designs
• Project management is a plus
