- The U.S. Embassy Maputo is recruiting one CDC - Partner Management Intern
- All qualified Mozambican students who meet the education requirements below
- Work Hours: Part-time; 20 hours/week
- Salary: Unpaid Internship
- Length Of Hire: February 5, 2024 – August 5, 2024 (6 months)
- The Partner Management intern join CDC’s Division of Partner Management (DPM) team and
will have the opportunity to learn about US government policies and regulations as they pertain
to PEPFAR and other USG funding, and how these funds are distributed to recipients within
Mozambique. This position will be responsible for updating the partner management filing
system, developing and revising Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and performing other
division-related duties as needed
Duties
- Update DPM’s files on Teams/SharePoint
- Work with team members to revise and develop DPM SOPs
- Revise and develop tracking spreadsheets
- Train DPM staff on updated file management
- Other division-related duties as needed
Requisites
- Language: English and Portuguese (Write, Speak, Listen) Level 3. (This will be tested)
- Education: Minimum of two years of university studies in education, human resources,
psychology, social sciences, administration, management, or related field is required
- Experience: Not required
