Contact is recruiting an Administrative Assistant, to be based in Pemba, Mozambique.
Duties
- Support the company project team members in the camp with administrative activities
- Support the upstream installation/construction manager with all required reporting tasks
- Prepare minutes of meeting and arrange for the proper distribution thereof
- Support the document control of all required project documentation as prepared in the camp such as DPR’s and weather forecasts
- Ensure that all team members adhere to the administrative requirements as agreed and laid down in the procedures
- Ensure appropriate processes/ways of working are established and implemented appropriate to the work activities being undertaken
- Work with the highest regard to an exemplary HSE performance and pro-actively support HSSE performance and compliance within the wider EPCI Team on a day-to-day basis
- Liaise with the camp management where required
Requisites
- Minimum of 5 years relevant track record in office administration type roles
- Experienced administrator and capable to pro-actively identify and solve problems, competent with MS office
- Fluency in the English language, in addition understanding of written/spoken Portuguese of benefit
