Renewables Project Analyst

Duties

• Will be responsible for conducting market analysis (opportunities, clients, projects, competitors…); assisting the REX in preparing Offers/Tender Responses and the corresponding documentation for internal approvals
• Assisting in preparation of documentation (reports and presentations) for external audiences
• Participating and taking actions in client meetings, in support of the projects under development
• Conducting high-level technical and financial analysis of key opportunities using company’s internal applications
• Conducting due diligence analysis on Partners, Suppliers and Contractors
• Actively participating in marketing events (industry conferences and workshops)
• Supporting the Mozambique LNG Project in matters related to renewable energy
• Supporting the development of a business case for carbon credits in Mozambique
• Conducting site visits when needed

Requisites

• Bachelor’s degree of Business or Engineering
• Minimum experience of 5 years in a similar position; Knowledge and interest in renewable energies required
• Areas of expertise: Project management with a focus among Business and Project Development
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment, with a cross-functional and delocalized teams
• Synthetic and analytical mind
• Fluent in English and Portuguese. Basic understanding of French is an advantage
