Tasks
- Assistance to Financial Managers/ Controllers
- Assistance in full financial function to trial balance and month-end procedures
- Bank Reconciliation
- Cash management
- Preparation of year end pack for audit purposes
- Preparation of general ledger reconciliations
- Debtors collections and review
- Creditors reconciliations and payments
- Capturing general ledger journals
- Stock takes
- Preparation and submission of IVA
- Assisting with the preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Ad hoc duties for the MD/Financial Manager
Requisites
- B.Com Financial / Accounting
- 1-2 years’ relevant financial and ACCPAC experience
- Attention to detail
- High level of computer literacy, MS Office particularly MS Excel
