CBE is recruiting an Activation Lead (m/f), to be based in Maputo, Mozambique.
Duties
- Institute and follow strong activation SOP disciplines
- Across assigned cluster, Increase acquisition, usage and retention
- Lead in consumer segmentation and profiling with respective offers and products for each segment.
- Develop customized marketing strategies and campaign plans across the assigned cluster
- Execute activation campaigns as per designed schedule and mechanics
- Ensure that campaigns are running as per plan
- Monitor and measure service uptime for responsible product line
- Analyze user and campaign trends to offer predictive analysis useful for increased conversion and retention
- Study campaign trends and offer insights leading to reactive action and predictive insights
- Develop proposals in line with agreed financial thresholds and achieve agreed set activation targets
- Execute laid out strategies to achieve monthly transactional and Revenue targets
- Develop strategies to increase the number of 30 day active users
- Adherence and/or implementation of processes and tools necessary to deliver forecasted revenue targets
- Ensure achieved conversion rates as per set targets
- Work with the client to plan, co-ordinate all activations activities through consumer points of contact, media or other forms of contact
- Monitoring, evaluation and reporting on all competitor or industry involved with consumer activations
- Identify on-ground and consumer activation opportunities
- Accurate and timely reporting on products/Services assigned
- Accurate and timely reporting on each customers activation progress/status
- Daily reporting and analysis of the usage, trends and revenues
- Daily tracking & monitoring on deliveries, successes/conversion rate
Requisites
- Degree in Business Management/Business Administration
- 2-3 years in a retail service FMCG, Telecommunication Industry, Customer Service or Marketing
- Advanced skills in statistical analysis tools – Excel/SPSS. SQL mastery a distinctive advantage
- Strong analytical and Problem-solving skills
- Excellent Negotiation and Presentation skills
