Gud Filters Mozambique is hiring an Administration Clerk for Matola.
Duties
- Identify activity in bank accounts
- Capture receipts, payments and supplier invoices in the general ledger
- Reconcile customer orders to invoices
- Monthly bank/creditor and debtor reconciliations
- Creation of payment requisitions and all necessary reconciliations
- Assist with the preparation of other reports provided to management and ad hoc sales and expense information
- Assist with the preparation of all material for general managers monthly reports
- Assist with filling of tax and VAT returns
- Control petty cash
- Other administrative duties
Requisites
- Relevant Accounting qualification
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Excel and Pastel accounting software
- Driver’s licence
- Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate in English
