WCS is recruiting a Administration & Human Resources Manager, to be based in Maputo, Mozambique.

Duties
  • The Administration and HR Manager will manage the Maputo (headquarters) office and play a key role to ensure efficient systems for administration and human resources (HR) management. It is critical that WCS Mozambique remains in compliance with national legislation and WCS global and donor policies and regulations, and the Administration and HR Manager will play a key role in this area. To achieve full compliance, the Administration and HR Manager will also be responsible for ensuring that all WCS Mozambique staff are aware of and understand all administrative and HR policies, procedures and systems relevant to them
  • The full-time position is based in the WCS Mozambique country program office in Maputo (MPO) and reports to WCS Mozambique Director of Finance and Administration (DFA)
  • The Administration and HR Manager supervises one Office Administration Assistant
Requisites
  • Lead and ensure effective office and administrative functions
  • Provide and support human resource administration in all current and future locations, ensuring adherence to Mozambican laws and regulations
