Description
- The U.S. Mission in Maputo/Mozambique is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for the position of Administrative Management Assistant (Training and Development Coordinator)
Duties
- This position manages the Training and Development and Post Language Programs for Mission Maputo. The incumbent also manages post’s Maputo Leadership Academy program
- The position supervises four (4) language instructors and provides work guidance to 1 HR Assistant intern. Upon FSI certification, this position independently facilitates a range of FSI soft skills courses
- This position also coordinates post's Internship (USDH & Local) and Overseas Seasonal Hire (OSHP) programs and assists with the Awards program. This position is supervised by the HRO and backs up the Human Resources Specialist (HRS)
