Aldelia is recruiting an Administrative Operations Clerk (m/f), to be based in Maputo, Mozambique.
Duties
  • Sorting /organizing invoices and supporting documentation received from Controllers prior to dispatch to clients, by courier and/or e-mail
  • Managing the photocopies, scans, maintaining of records of all documents electronically
  • Dispatching and maintaining of records (protocol) of invoices, DU and other documented material sent to clients by email and/or courier
  • Manage the archiving portfolio with Metrofile. Most important to maintain an updated record of the physical files sent out for archiving and coordinate prompt retrieval of any such files upon request from management or operations controller(s)
  • Raise monthly management fee invoices for respective key clients, as outlined by the Operations Manager
  • Handle the administration/documentation hand-over process of such import shipments to the respective importer and/or their respective agents
  • The main duties include but are not limited to the above
Requisites
  • Metric or Equivalent (12) minimum
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Fluent in Portuguese (Written/Spoken)
  • Good Knowledge of English (Written/Spoken)
