The Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Mozambique is recruiting an Administrative Staff, to be based in Maputo, Mozambique.
Duties
- Perform general administrative tasks, including drafting, editing, and formatting documents using computer software (e.g., MS Word, Excel, etc.)
- Assist with filing, organizing, and managing office records and correspondence, both digital and physical
- Support daily office operations, including responding to phone calls and emails, preparing meeting materials, and assisting diplomats and staff with administrative needs
- Conducting research on various issues if it is necessary
Requisites
- Bachelor degree or above with working experience
- Proficient in English, both oral and writing skills. Korean is an asset
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in and adapt to a Korean professional environment
- Ability to deal with unpredictable workload, including the ability to prioritize and adhere to deadlines
