Description

Duties

• Provide routine and special service support to customers
• Provide technical support to customers by identifying and resolving challenges; escalating to sales representative as appropriate
• Executes required chemistry tests, log and report data, maintain product inventories
• Assist with installation of equipment
• Under the Sales representative responsibilities, he/she sells the organization's products/services by interacting with established customers and developing new prospects

Requisites

• Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in industrial environment
• Portuguese and English fluent
