Assistant Manager Geology (m/f)

Duties

• To maintain health, safety, and environmental objectives to improve efficiency as per company policies and procedures
• To maintain healthy relation with colleagues & co-workers and abide human right violation
• Close supervision of exploration activities like drilling, exploratory processing unit & daily production monitoring for ore & waste handling
• Production — QA/QC
• Production planning, Dilution control monitoring, Face mapping, Preparation of Pit map, Preparation of Cross sections and Assay map
• Grade control monitoring
• Interpretation of exploration data to prepare secondary model GB isopach's for bulk sampling program using GIS software's (Global mapper/Surfer)
• In-house ore resource / reserve estimation of secondary deposit to adhere Monthly/Half yearly and annual planning
• Prepare Daily/Monthly/Quarterly/Annual reports (geological reports)
• Reconciliation of production data with reference to mining, processing and survey using Surpac software
• Interpretation & Modeling using leapfrog, Surpac & Global Mapper geological software
• Exploration planning - Auger drilling & processing of samples
• Inventory management planning for drilling and exploratory processing unit within allocated budget for smooth operation
• Maintaining geological database, to plan new exploration site & production activities in consultation with HOD, Geology
• Subordinate development

Requisites

• M. Tech degree in Geology/Applied Geology
• Minimum 6 to 8 years experience in open/underground operations
• English and Portuguese speaking with excellent communications skills (both written and verbally)
