Aldelia is recruiting an Assistant Manager (m/f), to be based in Cabo Delgado, Mozambique.
Duties
- Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals
- Performs maintenance and repairs on camp facilities including plumbing, painting, carpentry cleaning, and electrical duties
- Employs and supervises and train staff to operate dining facilities and housekeeping facility
- Plans menus, prepares food supply orders, and stores food with special focus on hygiene and cleanliness
- Responsible for checking in and out campgrounds and non- campgrounds and maintenance of records
- Inspect all camps related facilities
- Performs related work as required
- Responsible for all internal and external travel and accommodation
- Ensures a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health, and security standards
- Work with other departments to incorporate Admin and camp management with company procedures and operations
- Ensure camp stock inventory is kept up to date and required supplies requested in a timely fashion
Requisites
- Must have High School or studied at a university or for 8 or more years of camp management
