Description
  • The USAID/Southern Africa Resilient Waters Project will work to improve trans-boundary management and decision making for water, biodiversity, and associated natural resources in order to build the resilience of communities and ecosystems to adapt to a changing environment and climate change
Duties
  • Improve trans-boundary water resource management across Southern Africa
  • Increase access to safe drinking water and sanitation services
  • Strengthen resilience of communities and key institutions climate change impacts
  • Conserve biodiversity and ecosystem services in key areas
Requisites
  • Previous experience on USG-funded contracts or other large-scale, regional projects in the natural resource management sector as well as advance degrees are preferred
  • Experience working in Southern Africa is required
