Requisites
- College degree (business) preferred
- 7 years in sales, rental, parts, or service or construction equipment. 1 –3 years management with profit and loss responsibility
- Computer Skills: Good computer software skills
- Familiar with work processes necessary to successfully run sales, parts, service and rental aspects of the branch
- Skilled in multi-function managing. Mathematical/budgeting aptitude
- Creative problem solver
- Excellent knowledge of company’s fleet and construction equipment in general
- Excellent communications and negotiation skills for internal and external contacts
- Ability to effectively supervise and motivate members
- Valid Drivers License
