Construction Services Manager

Global Edge is hiring a Construction Services Manager for Maputo.

Duties

• Planning and managing and executing real estate construction projects

Requesites

• Bachelor’s Degree Civil Engineering
• Commercial Property Facilities Management, Commercial Property Portfolio Management and/or Construction Project Management of Commercial or Residential Projects
• Recognized Professional Certification in Real Estate, Facilities or Construction
• MS Project
• CAD experience
• Fluent in English and Portuguese (both written and spoken)
• Mozambican
