Buying Assistant

Capital Outsourcing is recruiting a Buying Assistant, to be based in Maputo.

Duties

• Place Purchase Orders
• Select new products and review the old
• Find the right suppliers, study the price and the quality of products and order the best deal
• Ensure the products are delivered and perform quality check as it comes in
• Help to interpret reports and predicting future sales
• React to any changes in customer demand
• Getting feedback from customers
• Offer the client further information about a specific item
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requisites

• University degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year work experience
• Excellent computer skills
• Able to communicate in English
• Good clerical and organizational skills
