Cash Voucher Coordinator (m/f)

Duties

• Ensure that the cash and voucher programs are implemented based on the Standard Operating Procedures (preparatory activities, voucher system set up, vendor contracting, distributions, system monitoring, reconciliation, etc.)
• Prepare work plans and ensure their implementation based on agreed Standard Operating Procedures
• Provide technical support and identify training needs of cash and vouchers team officer
• Distribute work plans to the cash and vouchers team officers, ensure day to day management of their tasks
• Contribute in reporting, project tool preparation and project designs under the supervision of the technical advisor and/or Program Manager
• Provide technical assistance on cash and voucher issues to other CESVI departments based on the request of the technical advisor and/or Program Manager
• Represent CESVI in coordination meetings in the cash working group meetings in the absence of technical advisor and by the request of the advisor or Program Manager
• Support the design and implementation of market assessments, take lead in management of field teams during these assessments under the supervision of the technical advisor and/or Program Manager.
• Provides weekly written reports to technical advisor and Program Manager
• Support other CESVI distributions and program activities by the request of the Program Manager
• Ensure full compliance with security plans and protocols and code of conduct by him/herself and of the team under his supervision

Requisites

• Experience in cash and voucher programs desired
• Good command of English and Portuguese is a must
• Experience in food security interventions desired
• Good understanding of markets, background in economics strongly needed
• Good command of Microsoft Excel, Word is a must
• Degree in Economics, Political Science or related is preferable
