Fintrac is seeking a Chief of Party to manage a multi-year, USAID-funded agricultural development project in Mozambique.
Requisites
- Successful candidate should have 7+ years experience forging commercial market linkages, and leveraging private investment in Africa
- Must have hands-on success integrating smallholder farmers into local, regional and international supply chains
- Be skilled coordinating in-country activities with diverse range of industry stakeholders
- Be proficient tracking and reporting sales and income results
- Technical, team, and budget management skills required
- Portuguese language capabilities and advanced degree in relevant field
- Prior experience on other USAID projects and/or in Mozambique highly preferred
