Requisites

• Excellent analytical skills
• Ability to think strategically
• Ability to generate new ideas and creative solutions
• Strong relationship and networking skills both external and internal to the bank
• Excellent people management skills
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills
• Strong strategy execution skills
• Solid implementation and coordination capabilities
• Research skills
• Excellent MS Excel skills including VBA programming skills and advanced MS Access skills
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Banking, Finance, Business Studies, Business Management
• Relevant Postgraduate qualification, Masters Degree or with commercial background would be preferable
• At least 8 years post qualification relevant experience in a similar position
