Country Manager

Innovation Advance Group is hiring a Country Manager for Maputo.

Duties

• To generate & maintain growth curve of company
• Promptly identify and resolve problems that directly impact on the client / Company relationship
• Drive market share growth and revenue
• Identify areas of opportunity to build market share and cross/up sell opportunities
• Create awareness of services provided by the Company

Requisites

• Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
• 4 - 5 years proven General Management experience
• Good knowledge of budgets and financial reporting
• Good knowledge of sales processes and reporting (CRM)
• 100% Bilingual (English fluent + another local language, Portuguese preferable)
• Mozambique Resident with a thorough knowledge of businesses within the area
• Driver’s Licence
• Knowledge of the Services, Catering or Marine industries will be highly advantageous
• Strong Leadership Qualities with exceptional People skills
• Excellent Sales Ability
• Outstanding Communication Skills
• Exceptional Organisational Skills
• Outstanding Administration and Reporting Skills
• Highly Computer literate
