PRI is recruiting a Country Manger, to be based in Maputo.
Duties
- Responsibility for the management all company operations within the country
- Drive the establishment of business development strategies and goals
- Establish and manage the day-to-day implementation of business process
- Agrees annual budgets and produce a detailed quarterly business operating plan
- Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual targets for revenue, profits and cash
- Delivers business performance reports on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Ensure company compliance with all relevant laws & regulations
- Establish client relationships at Corporate and Governmental levels
- Manage the recruitment of support staff and oversee performance & training
- Identify alternative business investment opportunities
- Represent the company and its interests at meetings, seminars and social functions
Requisites
- Male or Female, above the age of 30 years
- College graduate with a minimum of 5yrs working experience in a corporate environment (Ideally with 1-2 years within a multinational organization)
- Technical, Business or Financial management qualifications
- Oil and Gas industry experience would be an advantage
- Firm understanding of budgeting and financial planning
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Good understanding of customer service standards
- Demonstrate ability to recruit staff and monitor performance
- Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, including people-management, leadership and both written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in the use Microsoft Office softwarr
- Possesses valid passport for international travel
