Vodacom Business is hiring a Customer Relations Consultant to be based in Maputo.
Duties
- Provide Consultation to Vodacom Business Corporate Clients
- Ensure consistent growth of the accounts within the assigned portfolio
- Ensure that key accounts are given a differentiated treatment
- Proactively recommend VAS (Value Add Services) / Data solutions to customers in order to generate additional revenue for VB
- Achieve upgrade targets - pro-actively recommending possible upgrades solutions to clients
- Provide support / advice to Corporate Clients in terms of problem solving
- Negotiate agreements and detailed reports with regards to Clients solutions performance, Bandwidth tariff migrations, SLA’s etc
- Compile reports for clients on tariff optimisation, upgrades, churn, trends, assets, etc
- Maintain relationships by continuously following up and ensuring that agreements (SLA) are honoured
- Manage accounts in terms of churn, database accuracy / information integrity
- Conduct regular visits with key role players (Manager’s & EHOD) according to pre-determined call cycles
- Keep track of competitor activities, offerings, promotions & new entrants into the market
Requisites
Experience & Qualifications
- Degree in Management or equivalent
- Customer relations experience
- Strong Admin Experience
