PRI is recruiting a Customer Support Representative (m/f), to be based in Maputo, Mozambique.
Duties
- Listen to customers' questions and concerns and provide answers or responses
- Take orders, calculate charges, and process billing or payments
- Refer customers to supervisors or more experienced employees
- Handle returns or complaints
- Record details of customer contacts and actions taken
- Review customer accounts and make changes, if necessary
- Provide information about products and services
Requisites
- Qualified diesel/earthmoving equipment mechanic or equivalent
- B tech sales/marketing diploma or certificate
- Two (2) years of experience
