Director, Community Care and Clinical-Community Linkages

FHI360 is recruiting a Director, Community Care and Clinical-Community Linkages, to be based in Maputo.

Duties

• To provide technical leadership, coordinate technical assistance, and ensure the quality of community-level HIV and TB care and support, as well as clinical-community linkages and referrals, in order to strengthen retention and adherence
• To support partners in Sofala, Manica, Tete and Niassa provinces and strengthen their capacity to ensure better clinical-community linkages for HIV and TB care and treatment

Requisites

• MPH, MSW, RN or other relevant graduate degree with 7-10 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years’ experience
• Experience in community-level HIV care and support programming in Mozambique
• Experience providing training and capacity building in facility and community settings
• Experience with USAID/PEPFAR funded projects preferred
• Well-developed computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PPT)
• Ability to travel within Mozambique
• Proficiency in both Portuguese and English
• Mozambican nationals and permanent residents preferred
